We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that could be requested in order for you to receive your package. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are not sure about the customs and imported charges, please contact your local customs office regarding the problem to avoid any misunderstandings since the cost varies across countries.

We will ship your packages within 1-3 business days after the package is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer’s mailbox.

For Hong Kong local order:

We offer local pick-up. Vtoys office locate in Kwun Tong.

Or Hong Kong post office local courier office.

For Overseas order :

All orders will be shipped via EMS offered by Hong Kong Post Office or DHL Express services.  Do note that the express method incurs 1-2 times higher cost than that of regular shipping service.

Express Mail Services (EMS) Speedpost: There is a limitation for EMS delivery. There are some countries that are not accessible. For example, some South America Countries, Countries in Africa region.

EMS is available to most countries. It usually takes 3 to 7 days to arrive depending on your location. Online tracking is available at your local post office website. We recommend this shipping method as it is quick and prevents any unlikely events of loss or damages during delivery from Hong Kong to overseas.

DHL Express services is available to most countries. It usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive depending on your location. Online tracking is available.

Vtoys HK is not responsible for any product delays from the manufacturer, we ship as soon as possible.
